App still hasn't downloaded!

Q. I purchased the app and it still hasn't downloaded!

A. In most of the cases, credit card authorization delay or failure is the cause. 

Since all the billing activity is tightly controlled by Android market, it's hard for us to see the exact cause of delay. However, we have seen some transactions take 6 hours to go through. 

If you still see the problem after 12 hours, please feel free to contact us with your 15 digit Google order number. (It can be found in purchase receipt email and this is the only way for us to see your order detail)

In any case, please don't worry about the credit card charge.
The status "purchased" doesn't mean your credit card is charged.
If you are charged and still cannot download, we will absolutely refund you.
